Protella Black Cookie is a white chocolate spread with roasted hazelnuts that will surprise you with delicious pieces of dark cookie inside.
It gives you an extra energy boost thanks to its 17% protein, and it contains no added sugars and no palm oil.
Thanks to its texture it is easy to spread, and you can use it on your pancakes, desserts and favourite recipes.
How to use it
By the spoonful, on toast, on pancakes, with yoghurt or fruit, or melted over your desserts. It spreads cold without tearing.
Keep it in a cool, dry place. If it hardens, a short burst of heat brings the texture back.

Black-cookie flavoured spread with protein. No added sugars. With sweetener.
Ingredients: Maltitol, sunflower vegetable oil, milk protein (12.1%), skimmed milk powder, hazelnut paste (9%), vegetable fat (shea, coconut), ground biscuit (5%), emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, hazelnut and cocoa flavouring and salt, Sucramix®.
Allergens: Gluten, soya, lactose, peanuts and nuts. May contain traces of gluten-containing cereals, peanuts, soya and nuts.
